Position Overview
As a Senior Veteran Benefits Enrollment Consultant, you will speak directly with veterans seeking assistance with their VA disability claims and benefits process.
Your role is to:
• Build immediate rapport and credibility
• Understand the veteran’s situation through strong listening skills
• Present VetComm’s services with confidence and professionalism
• Handle objections effectively
• Close the enrollment on the first call whenever possible
This role requires high energy, emotional intelligence, confidence, urgency, and advanced closing ability.
You must be comfortable handling emotionally driven conversations while maintaining control and moving prospects toward action.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of sales experience
• Proven closing experience REQUIRED
• Experience in high-ticket, phone-based, or one-call close sales environments strongly preferred
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Excellent active listening and communication abilities
• Ability to think quickly and adapt conversations in real time
• Highly persuasive and confident on the phone
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote/work-from-home environment
• Strong CRM and computer proficiency

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with veteran leads provided daily
• Build trust quickly through professional and empathetic communication
• Ask strategic questions and actively listen to understand client needs
• Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to each veteran’s situation
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Close enrollments in a one-call close sales environment
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up processes
• Consistently exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve sales performance and client experience
Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
