The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for leading end-to-end, user-centered design for healthcare SaaS applications, translating complex clinical and administrative workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences. This role drives experience strategy, partners closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, and influences cross-product consistency through design systems. The Senior UX/UI Designer facilitates research and validation, communicates design rationale to executive and technical audiences, and mentors other designers to elevate design quality and outcomes.
