Job Description:
• Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met in partnership with the Inside Sales, Business Development and Global Strategic Account Teams
• Establishing the technical needs of the client and suggesting appropriate Aldevron products and solutions
• Explaining complex technical and scientific information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
• Representing Aldevron as a scientific expert at trade shows and conferences
• Partnering with Business Unit Leaders, Sales Leaders and Marketing Leader to address meaningful industry shifts, scientific updates and voice of customer feedback
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of client support, sales or marketing experience in the cell and gene therapy space
• Deep Scientific knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of mRNA manufacturing
• Creative problem-solving ability and solutions building skillset
• Up to 20% travel for on-site client or lead meetings, conferences, and trade shows
