Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists, and IT support. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various tools and platforms to attract top technical talent. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and team dynamics. Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate journey. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to better understand candidate profiles and market demands. Develop strong relationships with candidates, fostering a positive employer brand and encouraging referrals. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or fast-paced tech environment. Proven ability to source and recruit for niche technical roles, such as backend developers, frontend engineers, cloud architects, and cybersecurity specialists. Proficiency with technical assessment tools and methodologies. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms. Familiarity with various programming languages, development frameworks, and cloud technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
