About the Role
As a BI Developer supporting Manufacturing Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw operational data into actionable insights that enhance production performance, supply chain visibility, quality improvement, and decision‑making across multiple facilities.
You will collaborate directly with manufacturing leaders, operations teams, plant management, and engineering to build scalable data models, design impactful dashboards, and deliver real‑time analytics solutions that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting tools that deliver insights into key manufacturing KPIs such as throughput, downtime, cycle time, scrap, inventory, backlog, and capacity.
• Build, optimize, and maintain analytical data models integrating ERP, MES, and shop‑floor systems.
• Partner closely with production, operations, and engineering teams to understand workflows and translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Create intuitive, high‑impact Tableau dashboards that support real‑time decision‑making.
• Lead Tableau training and adoption efforts across manufacturing teams to increase data literacy and utilization.
• Continuously refine BI solutions to support lean initiatives, operational efficiency, and strategic business goals.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of BI or data analytics experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise with Tableau, including KPI dashboard development and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience working with ERP and MES data sources (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with plant managers, operators, and engineering teams.
• A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate raw operational data into meaningful insights.
