Role Overview
ERG seeks an experienced Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our growing Contracts team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Manage the full subcontract lifecycle – from proposal initiation through issuance and negotiation through administration and closeout in support of federal, state, and/or local government contracts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of subcontract administration experience, particularly in the acquisition of professional services
- Familiarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedules (especially professional services), U.S. EPA contracting, and/or DoD contracting preferred (but other experience is welcome)
- Demonstrated experience independently preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized records
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build Vendor relations
