The Senior Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing provides lifecycle marketing strategy services to support the growth and retention performance of enterprise and high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce clients.

This engagement focuses on developing lifecycle marketing strategies and advising on retention programs across channels including email, SMS, segmentation, experimentation, loyalty programs, and related retention marketing tools. The strategist works with Shopify-based ecommerce brands and supports lifecycle marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth and customer engagement.

The contractor operates independently while collaborating with internal team members and client stakeholders to guide lifecycle marketing strategy, develop strategic roadmaps, and support the success of assigned accounts.

This role works closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and designated company contact to align on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Contract Term: 1-year contractor engagement with potential for continuation based on business needs.

Expected Level of Effort: Up to 40 hours per week.
