Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of technical roadmaps to drive product innovation and engineering capabilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in multiple areas, including software development, architecture, and engineering
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable systems using programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and others
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in Java, architecture, and design
- 8+ years of experience with architecture and design, including microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based systems
- 6+ years of experience with open-source frameworks, DevOps concepts, and cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong understanding of CS data structures, algorithms, and software development life cycles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and educate executives and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
