We have launched a new business venture at Cincinnati Children’s. As part of this effort, we have established a new engineering team dedicated to building expertise and delivering on this initiative. Leveraging modern digital strategies, the team will design and implement solutions that drive transformation and ensure the mission’s success.
As one of the first engineers on this newly formed team, you’ll step into a highly collaborative, project-driven environment where you will work side-by-side with platform engineers, security engineers, data engineers, architects, and other technical experts to bring complex solutions to life.
This role will evolve significantly over time as the initiative grows, new technologies emerge, and organizational needs expand. We are looking for engineers who are curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, and who thrive in environments where teamwork, cross-functional problem-solving, and technical exploration are part of the daily rhythm. If you’re energized by building new capabilities from the ground up—and by working closely with talented peers to solve real-world challenges—this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of engineering at CCHMC.
