Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation & Planning
- Validate the project’s statement of work, contract terms, and technical specifications with the customer, acting as the primary point of contact for all project‑related inquiries.

- Develop comprehensive project schedules, aligning internal manufacturing timelines, third‑party vendor deliveries, and on‑site activities.

Project Execution & Coordination

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven project management experience in construction, electrical power distribution, or mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, BMS, UPS, medium‑voltage switchgear).
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, risk mitigation, and contract administration.
- Technical knowledge of facility and building systems, including diesel generators, power distribution equipment, fire/security systems, and cooling/heating rack solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, drive customer satisfaction, and improve project profitability.
- Experience supervising technical staff and mentoring junior project members.
