Lead the development of new retail stores for Comcast, utilizing innovative and creative strategies to enhance the company's retail presence.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for retail store growth, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of retail store development initiatives.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores.
Negotiate lease agreements and manage relationships with landlords and property owners.
Oversee the design and construction process of new retail stores, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Develop and manage budgets for retail store development projects.
Hire, train, and manage a team of retail store development professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
