Job Description:
• Build your own commercial loan portfolio, by prospecting for new Agricultural business
• Engage and lead other team members to determine what other products and services the client might benefit from
• Collaborate with commercial clients to better understand their business and financial needs
• Analyze the business in order to qualify clients for bank products and services
Requirements:
• 5 years sales experience with 2 years in Agricultural Commercial Bank Sales
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Curiosity about how companies work and what helps them remain successful in their respective industries
• Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations
