We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Manual): Tech Level: Senior/Lead Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate Employment type: Full time Candidate Location: Poland Working Time Zone: CET Start: ASAP Planned Work Duration: 12 months πŸ‘₯ Customer Description: Our Client is a leading global consulting company serving enterprise customers across multiple industries. 🧩 Project Description: You will join a technology and risk enablement product group delivering technology-enabled solutions within the customer ecosystem. βš™οΈ Project Phase: Ongoing πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»Project Team: 2 Junior Manual QAs, Product Manager, AQA and Data teams 🀝 Soft Skills: β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and defect investigation. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Data teams. β€’ Experience in incident management, issue triage, escalation, and resolution. β€’ Leadership experience in QA processes, testing strategy, mentoring, and quality improvements. β€’ Product-oriented mindset focused on user value and product improvements. πŸ’‘ Hard Skills / Must Have: β€’ 6–9+ years of experience in end-to-end QA processes including test strategy, execution, regression testing, and UAT. β€’ Experience in functional, integration, and system-level testing in enterprise or SaaS environments. β€’ Good understanding of SDLC, APIs, backend systems, integrations, and data flows. β€’ Experience with defect lifecycle management and risk-based testing. ✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional): β€’ Experience testing AI/LLM-powered products and conversational systems. β€’ Experience with logs, usage metrics, SQL, and analytics tools. β€’ Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. β€’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes. πŸ“Œ Responsibilities and Tasks: β€’ Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. β€’ Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing. β€’ Track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams. β€’ Support QA activities, analytics, incident management, and release impact analysis. β€’ Maintain test environments and improve testing efficiency. β€’ Act as a quality advocate and propose product improvements based on feedback. β€’ Support go/no-go release decisions and provide quality insights. πŸ“ž Interview stages: β€’ English check (15 minutes) β€’ internal technical interview (1-1,5 hour) β€’ client interview (1 hour) πŸ“ Additional notes: The candidate must be employed at 0.125 FTE under UoP and additionally under a service contract.
