Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties
• Handle calendars, bookings, and guest communication with professionalism
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
• Maintain high ratings and positive guest experiences across all properties
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to optimize listings
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and property performance
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows
• Ensure compliance with local and international short-term rental regulations
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties
• Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with property management systems and operational tools, knowledge of rental regulations and compliance requirements, strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
