Project Overview We are looking for two Senior Program Managers to drive the execution of sophisticated software solutions. As a Senior Program Manager, you will act as the "glue" between cross-functional squads, ensuring complex dependencies are managed and delivery remains aligned with strategic business goals. Whether you are supporting our US-based or UK-based workstreams, you will oversee high-visibility SaaS delivery where technical precision and Agile governance are paramount. These roles involve navigating high-velocity environments and ensuring seamless synchronization across global teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Coordination: Drive cross-functional delivery activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams. Governance & Documentation: Maintain and optimize program schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and essential governance artifacts. Agile Leadership: Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery practices to maintain high-quality output. Dependency Management: Proactively identify and resolve blockers across different workstreams to ensure on-time project milestones. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, data-driven visibility into program health for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must-Have Skills Senior Expertise: 6+ years of proven experience in Program Management within the tech/software industry. Agile Delivery: Deep experience supporting software or SaaS Agile delivery teams and a strong command of iterative frameworks. Tooling Proficiency: Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or equivalent project management suites. Operational Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules and maintain detailed RAID logs.
