What You’ll Do
Own and develop the Promo Tools roadmap, including Jackpots, Tournaments, Free Spins, Short Races, and other engagement features.
Define and optimize promo mechanics based on data-driven insights, market research, and A/B testing.
Analyze player engagement metrics and continuously iterate to maximize retention and operator success.
Research industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Playson’s promo tools remain market-leading.
Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to define business requirements, prioritize development, and launch new features.
Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to execute on the product vision.
Present strategies and roadmaps to C-level executives, driving strategic alignment and business growth.
✅ What You Need to Succeed
3-4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B iGaming (real-money slots).
Proven track record in promo mechanics development (Jackpots, Free Spins, Missions, Cash Blast, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset—experience defining KPIs, running A/B tests, and optimizing player engagement features.
Deep understanding of player psychology & promo tool effectiveness.
Strategic thinking & problem-solving—ability to translate business needs into actionable promo solutions.
Experience presenting product strategy & performance to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Excellent communication skills—able to align teams, explain complex ideas, and drive execution.
