Job Description:
• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our Consumer Payments products, aligning cutting-edge AI capabilities with TrueML’s mission to help distressed borrowers.
• Collaborate with our Data Science team to design ML models that intelligently present the right offer at the right time, maximizing conversion while prioritizing consumer wellness.
• Partner with global vendors (e.g., Stripe, Plaid) to eliminate transaction friction, expand payment options, and strategically manage processing costs.
• Lead the development of a robust balance-ledger service and intuitive user interfaces that allow consumers to track history and manage obligations with total confidence.
• Identify and quantify new B2B opportunities, partnering with Sales and Marketing to bring high-impact payment solutions to market with a stellar GTM strategy.
• Establish and monitor the KPIs that matter, using a mix of user research and quantitative analysis to iterate rapidly in an Agile environment.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a deep-seated understanding of the payments industry, gateways, and consumer-facing financial journeys.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements and user pain points into detailed, actionable product specifications.
• Thrive when working across functional lines—specifically with Data Scientists and Engineers—to turn raw data and machine learning into impactful user features.
• Navigate the technical nuances of a ledger system while eloquently advocating for the user experience to stakeholders and clients.
• Veteran of Agile methodologies and hold a degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or have the equivalent "real-world" experience to prove it).
• Extra credit if you’ve dabbled in A/B testing, understand the nuances of debt resolution, or have hands-on experience with AI applications in finance.
