As a Sr. Pro Product Specialist focusing on Conduit Tech, you'll join the Pro Product Excellence team and play a vital role in Conduit Tech’s growth and mission to enable all HVAC Pros to design, sell, and install energy-efficient systems. Conduit Tech was recently acquired by ServiceTitan, the leading software platform in the service industry. As a teammate on the Conduit Tech team, you would be operating in the best of both worlds - you’ll be on a small, start-up team with a high opportunity for impact, and you will be operating with the resources and stability of the industry’s leading software platform. This position involves onboarding and training new strategic clients, managing a portfolio of multi-branch residential and commercial service companies, onsite training and customer engagement trips, and ensuring both company revenue and customer success through effective timeline management, event coordination, and comprehensive training. This role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in a start-up environment, a passion for technology and customer success.

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role isZone 1: $83,900 USD - $125,900 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WAZone 2: $78,400 USD - $117,600 USD Applicable for: All other US locations.This role is also eligible for a variable commission plan.International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary and variable commission, our total compensation package includes equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
