Role Overview AIM is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). This is a hands-on role responsible for building scalable business applications, automating workflows, and enabling data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, secure, and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Solution Development & Delivery Design and develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Build and manage Power Automate workflows and business process automation Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Dataverse and connectors Application Design & Architecture Translate business requirements into technical design and system architecture Implement enterprise-grade solutions following best practices for scalability, security, and performance Ensure alignment with Microsoft Power Platform governance and standards Integration & Data Management Integrate Power Platform solutions with: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) Azure services Third-party APIs and enterprise systems Manage and optimize data models, entities, and data flows within Dataverse Automation & Process Optimization Identify opportunities to automate business processes using Power Automate and AI Builder Improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization and digital transformation initiatives Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders Translate functional requirements into technical deliverables Support user adoption and provide technical guidance where needed Support & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Support solution enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance Continuously optimize performance and user experience Documentation & Governance Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution designs Adhere to governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards Contribute to best practices and reusable components Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience 5–8+ years of experience in application development and enterprise solutions 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform implementations Technical Skills Strong expertise in: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate Power BI (basic to intermediate) Dataverse Experience with: Microsoft 365 ecosystem Azure services and APIs REST APIs and integrations Understanding of: Application lifecycle management (ALM) Security roles and governance within Power Platform Core Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a remote and cross-functional environment Strong communication and stakeholder management Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent) Experience with AI Builder / Copilot / automation tools Experience in enterprise or public-sector projects Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform What We Offer Remote-first work environment Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions Exposure to modern cloud and digital transformation initiatives Collaborative, innovation-driven culture Application Instructions Please share examples of Power Platform applications, workflows, or dashboards you have developed, along with any relevant certifications.
