We're looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restricted verticals, attribution fluency, and landing page CVR chops. They will own a portfolio of ecom brands and scale Meta campaigns from $1k/day to $20k+/day. Must-haves include $3M+ in personally-managed Meta ad spend, proven experience in restricted verticals, and attribution fluency. Bonus points include TikTok Ads and Google Ads experience, and strong opinions on ASC vs manual.
Requirements
- Minimum $3M+ in personally-managed Meta ad spend
- Proven experience in restricted verticals — supplements, peptides, cannabis/CBD, nootropics, mushrooms, or similar
- Attribution fluency — Triple Whale (preferred), Hyros, or Northbeam
- Landing page CVR chops — ability to look at a page and tell why it's converting at 1.8% instead of 4%
- Creative judgment — ability to brief ads, not just spend on them
