Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering oversees the day-to-day construction, tactical adoption, and innovative execution of the Salesforce platform across Privia's growing nationwide network. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing engineering delivery team to turn functional requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.

Requirements
- 8+ years of deep experience within the Salesforce platform ecosystem
- At least 3+ years in a dedicated engineering leadership, team lead, or technical management capacity
- Strong experience with a complex enterprise Salesforce environment leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud
- Strong hands-on background in Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows)
- Practical experience utilizing enterprise deployment tools such as Copado and executing release governance protocols
- Current Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
