About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Operations Strategy to drive InStride's most important cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. Reporting to the VP of Operations Strategy, you will own the design and delivery of high-priority initiatives spanning clinical operations, commercial growth, revenue cycle, and cost of care, setting operational direction, building the analytical case for major decisions, and steering complex workstreams to measurable outcomes. You will translate executive strategy into structured plans, align senior stakeholders, and anticipate risks before they become blockers, operating as a trusted advisor to leadership on how InStride scales. At a Series C company scaling toward national reach, this role sits at the center of InStride's most consequential work. This is a fully remote position.

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

The expected annual salary for this role is between $135,000-$155,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific skill set, work experience, etc.
