Job Description:
• You will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing Ivoclar’s Ecommerce strategy.
• This role ensures that Ivoclar offers a state-of-the-art digital commerce solution supporting the markets in delivering measurable business growth.
• Providing excellent customer experience, enabling global product information & availability and integrates seamlessly into the MyIvoclar ecosystem.
• Owns the Ecommerce vision, strategy, and roadmap, in alignment with Ivoclar’s Sales strategy.
• Defines business KPIs for revenue growth, conversion, customer adoption, customer lifetime value, and engagement.
• Ensures state-of-the-art Ecommerce capabilities, including personalization, omnichannel integration, mobile-first design, and seamless checkout/payment processes.
• Manages the full lifecycle of Ivoclar’s Ecommerce platform(s): planning, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Deep experience in international Ecommerce strategy, operations, and platforms (B2B and/or B2C).
• Strong knowledge of global digital sales channels, customer experience design, and omnichannel integration.
• Proven track record in driving digital revenue growth.
• Business acumen with strong focus on customer needs and market trends.
• Skilled in stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organization.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business improvements.
• Strong understanding of underlying sales and logistics processes (order-to-cash, CRM, ERP integration).
• Visionary yet pragmatic, balancing innovation with execution discipline.
