Senior HR Business Partner - Strategic Alignment

Our client, a rapidly growing enterprise, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to align human resources strategies with business objectives in Houston, Texas, US . This pivotal role involves partnering with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture, manage organizational change, and enhance employee engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on all aspects of human capital management, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational design. Key responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into actionable HR initiatives. Advise on talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development strategies. Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Lead organizational design and change management efforts to support business evolution. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within assigned business units. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide business decisions and improve workforce planning. Facilitate leadership development programs and coaching for managers. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., HR Operations, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Proven experience supporting multiple business units or a large employee population. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and current trends in talent management. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
