About the position
We are seeking a Senior Health Care Analyst with strong experience in analyzing large pharmacy and Medicare datasets. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and performing data analysis using various tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Medicare Part D, pharmacy operations, and PBM systems. This is a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities
• Analyze large pharmacy and Medicare datasets.
• Create reports, dashboards, and perform data analysis.
• Support Medicare pharmacy audits and analytics.
• Gather business requirements and develop reports.
• Use AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
• Strong experience with SAS and SQL.
• Experience analyzing large pharmacy and Medicare datasets.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part D and pharmacy operations.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
• Experience with SharePoint and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) systems.
• Ability to use AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis, business analysis, healthcare economics, or related fields.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience supporting Medicare pharmacy audits and analytics.
• Experience building executive dashboards.
• Ability to gather business requirements and develop reports.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
