We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team with at least 4+ hours of overlap with EST working hours. You’ll work closely with our in-house backend developers as well as front-end engineers from Altamira. This is a long-term opportunity that starts with an exciting initial project and will be followed by future initiatives in our Finance, Implementation, and Contracting domains. Responsabilities
Develop full-stack solutions with a stronger focus on backend (Node.js, SQL Server, Prisma ORM).
Build robust front-end components using React.js and TypeScript.
Design and develop proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to support pre-sales efforts.
Deliver scalable, maintainable software aligned with Agile and Lean methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define architecture.
Conducted technical audits and contributed to code quality and standardization.
Optionally: mentor junior developers and participate in interviews or team evaluations.
Requirments
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, design principles, and architectural patterns.
Proven experience in unit testing, code design, and configuration management.
Strong communication skills and Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English level.
Ability to take ownership and deliver independently in a remote team.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SQL Server and Prisma ORM.
Prior work on full-stack projects with backend-heavy architecture.
Experience in mentoring or supporting teammates.
