In OCI Finance, members of the Workload Health team are responsible for all aspects of cloud infrastructure financial planning, and modeling for a specific product family within the broader OCI ecosystem. We are a partner and trusted strategic adviser to the OCI Leadership team, advising on optimizing business economics while rapidly scaling.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">In this role, you will be part of the IaaS Workload Health Team supporting key areas of the Compute Portfolio. The IaaS Workload Health team advises OCI Product and Engineering Organizations (Compute, Storage, & Virtual Networking) with end-to-end P&L ownership. Team members must be able to understand both the big picture and underlying details with the ability to lead product specific projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic finance analyst with a data driven mentality, modeling capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Main Responsibilities include:</span></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Develop and refine financial business models, with an emphasis on product level actionable insights including centralized gross margin bridging, and fully burdened cost modeling. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Support Central Rhythm of Business activities (e.g., planning, and budgeting cycles) in line with corporate and business requirements.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Drive cost efficiencies across the organization, with data insight and business partnership with the IaaS leadership team.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Support key gross margin reporting and work streams to provide financial health reporting and important metrics for the IaaS Portfolio.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Lead critical ad-hoc analysis related to compute cost structure, rate analysis, marginal costs, and fleet management. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Maintain, enhance, automate, optimize, and streamline reporting within the entire IaaS portfolio.</span></span></li></ul> <br><p style="margin-bottom:12pt">Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
