Role Overview
The Senior Producer is accountable for the development and delivery of all aspects of an event experience, from communication strategy and show content through to media design, staging, environmental design and attendee engagement. This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, commercial awareness and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Lead the creative development and production of large-scale live, hybrid and digital events, translate client objectives into compelling event concepts, content strategies and attendee experiences, and contribute strategic thinking and creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Producer delivering complex events within an agency or event environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale events from concept through execution
- Experience working across multiple event formats including live, hybrid and digital
- Strong understanding of show production, content development and event design
- Experience collaborating with creative, technical production and digital teams
- Strong budget management and commercial awareness, including ownership of $1M+ project budgets
- Experience presenting ideas, pitches and recommendations to clients
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
