Job Description:
• Enable the measurement, analytics and experimentation strategy for Games specific discovery features
• Drive experimentation for games specific features
• Collaborate with member team on shared surface experiments
• Enable the measurement, analytics and experimentation strategy for Games Platform features
• Own the information flow of critical backend platform data
• Coach and inspire a high-performing team
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience managing highly technical individual contributors
• Deep understanding of data science, analytics engineering, and business analytics
• Exceptional business acumen
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across a variety of disciplines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Ph.D. or advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
