**Role Summary**
As a Senior Customer Success Manager – High Touch, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth through strategic account planning and execution. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, develop tailored success plans, and deliver outstanding results through arenaflex's comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of high-touch customer accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and growth through strategic account planning and execution
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and influencers to drive business outcomes and adoption of arenaflex's solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product operations, and services, to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimal solution delivery
* Conduct regular business reviews, clearly articulating the specific value arenaflex's services are delivering to customers and progress on specific customer milestones and goals
* Monitor customer analytics and KPIs to reinforce the value of arenaflex's solutions and identify areas for improvement
* Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value, driving usage, adoption, upselling services, and reducing churn
* Act as an escalation point for high-impact customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Work within the wider Customer Success team to implement scalable programs and process improvements to drive efficiency and improve customer experience
**What You Will Bring**
* 3+ years of experience in customer success roles, with additional experience in customer support, sales, or business development a plus
* Proven track record of managing high-value accounts, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business outcomes
* Experience of translating customer issues and needs into business or solution requirements
* Ability to be seen as a trusted advisor to senior executives in large organizations and build strategic account plans
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to establish milestones and keep project plans on task
* Understanding of how organizations measure value, drive revenue with experience of recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes an advantage
* Solid technical acumen, with the ability to explain the benefits of different technologies and strong cybersecurity knowledge an advantage
