Role Overview
The Customer Practice Manager (CPM) is a senior, customer‑facing leader who drives the end‑to‑end execution of transformational professional‑services engagements. Reporting into the careerzynith Professional Services leadership, the CPM acts as a trusted advisor, aligning business objectives with cloud‑enabled solutions, structuring deals, and ensuring delivery excellence across the AMER‑US‑CST region. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, deep technical acumen, and strong relationship‑building skills, with up to 50 % travel to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Develop and execute long‑term transformation roadmaps that accelerate customer outcomes, maintaining a high bias for action to meet ProServe and platform booking targets.
- Business Outcome Leadership: Articulate and quantify the financial and operational impact of cloud adoption, positioning careerzynith as the catalyst for measurable growth.
- Unified Account Planning: Craft integrated account and pursuit plans that synchronize with careerzynith platform sales teams, ensuring seamless cross‑functional collaboration.

- Scale & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the scaling of best practices, tools, and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Closure Excellence: Ensure all engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with documented business value, driving high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise‑level consulting, professional services, or solution selling within the cloud or technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑year transformation programs with budgets exceeding $10 million.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C‑suite executives and secure executive sponsorship for strategic initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in deal structuring, pricing models, and revenue forecasting.
