S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.” Job Title: Senior Copy Editor Contract Length: 6+ Month contract Remote Work Pay: 40 per hr on W2 Overview This role is responsible for creating high-quality, high-performing digital content that supports cohesive, compliant, and user-centered experiences across web and application platforms. The position focuses on solving user problems and aligning content with business objectives through strong UX writing and content design practices. Key Responsibilities • Develop webpage, application, and quote flow content using clear, concise, and engaging language • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective content solutions • Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and design teams to deliver user-focused experiences • Create content aligned with brand standards, style guidelines, and accessibility best practices • Execute content strategies that support omnichannel digital experiences • Deliver assignments in a fast-paced environment, typically within 1–3 day turnaround windows depending on complexity Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 6 years of experience in UX writing or content design • Strong familiarity with SEO best practices, AP style, and style guides (6+ years) • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and design teams • Ability to write in a clear, concise, and conversational tone • Ability to align messaging with business goals and accessibility standards • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to incorporate feedback and adapt writing style as needed • Strong written and verbal communication, strategy, and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • UX Writing Certification • Portfolio or writing samples (required) Required Tools • Figma • SEMRush • Microsoft Word Tool Usage (Day-to-Day) Figma: • Edit text within components, frames, modals, and prototypes • Navigate design panels and layered components • Adjust typography (font size, styles, formatting) • Modify and structure content (bullets, hierarchy) • Work within design system components and configurations • Review and manage version history Preferred Skills • Financial services industry writing experience • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Familiarity with AI prompt writing • Experience building or editing web pages using design system components • Understanding of component variants in Figma or AEM • Background in copywriting or SEO writing Pay: $40.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
