About the role:

The Senior Coordinator, Coalitions and Member Experience is a member-facing execution role that supports coalition activity and the overall membership experience through responsive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through. This role sits at the intersection of operations and relationships. It ensures that day-to-day work runs smoothly across the full member lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to renewal. It is the operational backbone of the member experience domain, handling interactions with members with confidence and care, maintaining the systems and workflows that keep member-facing processes running seamlessly and escalating issues thoughtfully and strategically.

The ideal candidate brings relational experience, operational precision and strong communications skills to a role that is both externally engaged with our members, and operationally responsible. By ensuring consistent, high quality execution across member touchpoints, the Senior Coordinator role protects leadership capacity while strengthening trust with members.

We would like this position to start as soon as is reasonably possible, but ideally no later than September 8th, 2026. We would like for the person hired to be able to attend (in person) Campus Compact’s Staff Retreat the week of September 14th, 2026.
