You bring a strong point of view, a bias for action, and a passion for building scalable, compliant workforce solutions 8+ years of experience in contingent workforce management Proven experience leading complex, global programs (e.g., VMS, MSP, platform implementations, or operating model transformations) Strong knowledge of contingent workforce models including Staff Augmentation, SOW, and Independent Contractors Demonstrated experience in governance, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management Strong analytical skills with experience using data, dashboards, and reporting to drive decisions Experience implementing and operating within VMS and MSP ecosystems Experience representing programs through public speaking, presentations, or executive-level briefings (internal and external) Exposure to IPO readiness activities, M&A integrations, or large-scale enterprise transformations Familiarity with AI, automation, or advanced analytics applied to workforce or operational programs Experience partnering with Product, Strategic Alliances, or customer-facing teams Professional certifications such as CCWP, SHRM, PMP, or equivalent Experience representing programs through public speaking, presentations, or executive-level briefings (internal or external)
