Job Description:
• Monitor, evaluate alerts and make informed recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and track service tickets to resolve system anomalies and support field service technicians.
• Support client and customer communications, resolving escalated issues.
• Onboard new assets in Omnidian’s platforms, ensuring technical specifications are accurately captured.
• Produce performance reports for assigned clients and portfolios.
• Assist with performance modeling and provide technical support to the sales team.
• Participate in identifying and documenting best practices.
Requirements:
• 3 years of commercial monitoring experience.
• Strong understanding of solar technology, monitoring systems, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts.
• Experience performing energy simulations in platforms like PV systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and CRM applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
