YourCFO of Pittsburgh is seeking a part-time (24-30 hrs per week), remote Full Charge Bookkeeper to partner with our amazing nonprofit clients. In this dynamic role, you'll be a vital part of our clients’ success by providing them with expert accounting work and support. This position requires light, local travel (15-20%) in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

What You’ll Do:
· Be a Trusted Partner to our Clients
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by delivering accurate, thoughtful, and proactive accounting support. You’ll be a go-to resource who helps clients feel confident in their numbers.
· Own the Details, Elevate the Big Picture
Manage full-cycle accounting—from daily transactions (A/P, A/R, Deposits, Credit Card Activity & Payroll & Benefits Allocations) to month-end close (Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations, Supporting Schedules, Journal Entries) — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and meaningful financial insights.
· Master the Tools of the Trade
Leverage your expertise in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other financial platforms to create efficient, reliable systems that support client success.
· Collaborate with Purpose
Work, with guidance from our CFO’s and Controllers, alongside other YourCFO team members in a culture built on trust, respect, and shared commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping (or 8+ years of equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (5+ years preferred)

• A genuine passion for accounting—you take pride in clean, accurate work.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel

• Ability to manage multiple clients without sacrificing quality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Nonprofit accounting experience (additional experience with small businesses is a plus)
