Job Summary
As a Senior Business Advancement Administrator, you will be responsible for leading vital associations and acquisitions to accelerate development for our enterprise SaaS applications within the Dynamics 365 portfolio. You will focus on our Enterprise Resource Planning line of business and be accountable for identifying associations, acquisitions, and investments; driving business model innovation; and anticipating and executing on strategic opportunities critical to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate proactively to close deals and scale the business, identifying opportunities for tailored approaches and managing leader escalations.
- Develop plans for managing deals, including communications and reporting with Microsoft partners, and resolve impeding issues using known methods.
- Work with clients, partners, and Microsoft associates to develop post-deal services and ensure planning, communication, and execution of performance plans across a range of solutions.
- Create KPIs to demonstrate achieved business value and analyze complex issues, providing course corrections as needed.
- Articulate alternatives to blockers across a range of solutions to develop consistent deal negotiation strategy and drive utilization of adaptable solutions.
Client and Partner Concentration
As a Senior Business Advancement Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Using internal and external networks to develop new strategic relationships with key business and technical leaders.
- Building relationships as a trusted advisor for a specific line of business and providing industry insights.
- Articulating the value of Microsoft solutions in the context of the client's perspective, using knowledge of client and partner business needs.
Business Strategy
You will also be responsible for:
- Executing and applying offers, revising the strategy as appropriate to create businesses with clients and partners.
- Influencing internal partners and partners to advance the value of opportunities.
- Positioning the Microsoft offer versus competitors and working with partners to influence product roadmaps.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A four-year college degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a field such as enterprise technology, investment banking, strategy consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or venture capital.
- Financial modeling and market analysis experience with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in structuring and negotiating complex strategic collaborations or acquisitions.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- A four-year college degree in Business or a related field and 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- A Master's/Postgraduate education in Business, Organization, and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in the technology industry or a related industry.
