<p><strong>M&A / Investment Banking Senior Associate / VP </strong></p><p>£Excellent + generous bonus and benefits</p><p><br></p><p>We’ve been instructed by a leading international investment bank looking to hire a Senior Associate / Vice President into its growing Manchester-based team.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact, execution-focused role, working on a range of mid-market M&A transactions across dynamic sectors. Technology / Media experience is preferred, but strong candidates from other sectors will also be considered.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions</li><li>Take ownership of client deliverables including IMs, presentations, and financial analysis</li><li>Build and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.)</li><li>Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors</li><li>Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to client interaction</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Candidate</strong></p><ul><li>3–7+ years’ experience in M&A / Corporate Finance</li><li>Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities</li><li>Proven track record of transaction execution</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Sector experience in Technology / Media advantageous, but not essential</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Consider this Role</strong></p><ul><li>Join a globally connected platform with strong deal flow</li><li>Gain significant responsibility and client exposure</li><li>Work in a collaborative, high-performing team</li><li>Clear pathway for career progression</li></ul><p></p>
