Senior Art Director, Creative Development - Temporary Worker

Job Description: • *TEMP ROLE** • *ASAP-7/31/2026 • *W2 on Dentsu Payroll Only, Hourly Non-Exempt • *CST or EST • *Remote or Hybrid Depending on location • *Must be US based Role Purpose: We're currently hiring a TEMP Senior Art Director, Creative Development. This high conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums. Key Accountabilities • Provide superior comping skills on multiple projects • Develop Superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters • Be self-motivated, hardworking, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables • You will concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously Person Specification • 4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry • Bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field • In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required • Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills • Keen attention to detail • Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient • Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work Additional Information: At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we're connected. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The hourly pay range for this position is $53.73 - $89.55. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
