Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to join our Global Marketing team, supporting both Demand Generation and Sales. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our in-house CRM and marketing automation (Marketo) team, maintaining the data quality in Salesforce, and ensuring leads are accurately routed and tracked. The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing and sales teams execute high-impact campaigns and generate a qualified pipeline. This is a growth opportunity for someone looking to become a true team leader while gaining hands‑on experience in a global B2B environment. A strong focus of the role will be identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline and scale current database management processes and tasks. Experience managing a team is desired. Preferred candidate profile • 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce, lead generation, and marketing automation, with at least 3 years in a team management role. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Lightning (minimum 3 years): lead/contact management, reporting, creating dashboards, and campaign setup. • Hands‑on experience with Marketo. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formulas. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with B2B marketing operations and sales processes is desired. • Additional Expectations: • Serve as a first‑level QA for marketing campaigns and database tasks. • Maintain regular communication with global stakeholders in marketing and sales. • Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements. • Build and maintain strong working relationships across functions.
