Description:
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and engage new clients through cold outreach, email, networking events, referrals, and market monitoring.
• Conduct needs analyses to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of agency and advertiser accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong post-sale client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current on OTT/CTV trends, technologies, and best practices and provide consultative guidance to clients.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the regional sales lead.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and grow the professional network.
• Travel within the assigned region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience in the digital advertising or media industry.
• Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.
• Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in your home market and/or assigned region.
• Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify client opportunities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to support long-term business success.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
