Account Executive / Recruiter (Full-Desk Recruiter) Commission-Only | Fully Remote | Staffing & Recruiting About the Role We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial Account Executives / Recruiters (Full-Desk Recruiters) to join our growing staffing firm. This is a commission-only, fully remote role designed for professionals who want full ownership of their desk, unlimited earning potential, and the flexibility to build a business within a proven platform. As a Full-Desk Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client relationships to candidate sourcing, placement, and account management. You operate as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates while leveraging our tools, brand, and back-office support. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a performance-based environment and want control over their income, schedule, and growth. What You’ll Do Business Development & Client Management • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships • Manage existing accounts and grow long-term partnerships • Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, timelines, and budgets • Negotiate fees, terms, and placement agreements • Act as a strategic hiring partner to clients Recruiting & Talent Delivery • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods • Match qualified candidates to client needs across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles • Manage candidate pipelines and interview processes • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage offer negotiations • Deliver a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates Desk & Pipeline Ownership • Run a full recruiting desk with complete ownership of outcomes • Track activity, pipelines, and performance metrics • Manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously • Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the process What We’re Looking For • Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development (preferred but not required for the right profile) • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable • Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-driven environment • Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your desk like your own business • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting Compensation & Benefits • Commission-only compensation with high, uncapped earning potential • Generous commission splits with no income ceiling • Fully remote — work from anywhere • Flexible schedule and autonomy • Access to recruiting tools, technology, and back-office support • Brand, infrastructure, and mentorship without micromanagement • Opportunity to grow into leadership, partnerships, or expanded desk ownership Who Thrives Here This role is best suited for individuals who: • Want control over their income and career trajectory • Are tired of capped commissions or micromanagement • Value flexibility, autonomy, and accountability • Are hungry to build something meaningful and scalable • Take ownership of results and outcomes Ready to Build Your Desk — and Your Future?
