We are currently seeking a highly qualified Legal Specialist to support and oversee the sale of $SECOND tokens totaling $220M at a rate of $30 per token. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related to cryptocurrency and token sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and support throughout the entire token sale process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Review and draft legal agreements, documents, and contracts related to the token sale.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to address any legal issues that may arise.
- Conduct due diligence to assess legal risks and implications.
- Stay up-to-date on developments in cryptocurrency regulations and laws.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law.
- Strong background in cryptocurrency law and regulations.
- Proven experience with token sales and blockchain technology.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
