In this role, you will work as a dedicated member of a globally distributed team, partnering closely with business partners in the U.S. to design, build, and scale t solutions that directly impact our customers and operations. While your legal employer will be our EoR partner, you will be fully integrated into our Credit Acceptance team for day-to-day work and collaboration.

As a Security Operations Engineer II, you'll work with the team to understand, mitigate, and respond to threats quickly, restoring operations and limiting the impact. Additionally, you will apply knowledge of attacker techniques to uncover threats by analyzing log data and researching vulnerabilities to report on and build automation. Technical expertise and the ability to transform raw data into valuable information are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will aid in supporting the vulnerability management program and senior security engineer within the SOC.

Understanding of breach methodologies and advanced attack methodologies, including living off the land; TTPs outlined in MITRE ATT&CK framework

Base Salary: ₹ 2,421,038 - ₹ 3,550,856

Additional Compensation: Performance bonus + allowances + employer-paid insurance benefits. Total Compensation (CTC): Final CTC will be shared during the offer stage and will include all compensation components in detail as per EoR vendor's structure.

Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications
