**Job Summary**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This is a seasonal position that ends on 1/15/2024, and it's a work-from-home opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Placing orders over the phone and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answering product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with accuracy and empathy
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Performing other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Fast learner who can quickly capture and understand new concepts
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent phone skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
* Organized with attention to detail
* Strong PC skills
* Ability to work independently
* Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests
* Must be dedicated, responsible, positive-minded, trustworthy, and organized
* Personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet
* 2+ years of customer service experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience shopping online
* Call center experience
**Available Schedules**
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Available shifts include:
* Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm
* Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm
**Available Shifts and Compensation**
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
