Job Title: Scheduler – Bi Lingual English / Spanish
Full-Time
Summary: Primary duties, answering phones in a professional and courteous manner without giving medical advice, scheduling appointments. Must be bi-lingual English and Spanish
Task:
Answer telephone calls
Return all voicemail and email messages in a professional manner using proper phone and email etiquette
Take and relay messages
Ability to understand and keep to instructions, whether oral or written
Assist in other areas when needed
Fax or email records
Provide information to callers
Transfer callers to correct destination
Deal with queries from the customers
Schedule appropriate appointments for exams, surgeries, medical procedures
Effectively manage schedule and daily appointments
Thoroughly enter client and patient information into computer system
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Tidy and maintain the scheduling area
Update databases
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School diploma, some college preferred
Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Keyboard skills
Some call center experience desired

Other Qualifications:
Must be able to work 40 + hours a week Monday thru Friday and Saturdays as scheduled 8am to 5pm
