CTG is seeking an experienced SAP WM Functional Consultant. This role is ideal for a hands-on functional expert who has led full-cycle SAP WM implementations and can work independently with both business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP WM implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
Conduct and drive Warehouse Management business process workshops
Configure SAP WM to support warehouse operations and logistics processes
Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions
Support inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and shipping workflows
Develop functional specifications and support testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
Troubleshoot and optimize WM processes post-implementation
Core Expertise:
SAP WM configuration across: warehouse structure, picking strategies, shipping, and inventory
Handling Unit Management, Fixed Bin Management, Batch & Serialized Management
Inbound/Outbound processing and Physical Inventory
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Required Experience:
7+ years of SAP WM functional experience
2–3 full lifecycle SAP WM implementations (lead role)
Experience leading workshops and translating business requirements into solutions
Experience with delivery processing and writing functional specs (preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
