SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant (Employee Central)

Location: Remote Type: Full-time Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required About the Role We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and delivering end-to-end implementations, working directly with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Responsibilities • Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. • Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable, efficient HR solutions. • Configure and customize the Employee Central module to meet client needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with other SAP and non-SAP modules. • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. • Provide expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and change management. • Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides. Requirements • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant. • Active and up-to-date SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory). • Proven expertise in Employee Central (configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, and permissions). • Experience in at least one full end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. • Knowledge of integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules or SAP HCM is a plus. • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
