Title: SAP MM Direct Procurement
Location: Seattle , WA (Remote Job)
12+ Month Contract
Position 1: Sr Consultant: 15+ years of experience in SAP Direct Procurement space with A&D experience.
Position 2: Consultant with 10 yrs of experience in SAP Direct Procurement & Source to Contact experience.
Brief Sope of the project :
The roles are for the Service Spare parts & Services program that is replacing Non system to implement S/4 HANA system following the common core/ SAP standard processes.
Overall implementation can go over an year and there will 3 additional waves to rollout additional sites in US. Work location is Remote and can start immediately. ( There could be travel to Seattle client location during planned workshops).
Must have
• Proficient in S4 HANA Material Management(MM) configuration
• Integration knowledge in usage of APIs, IDOCs, Middleware
• Full cycle implementation experience in S/4 HANA - Direct procurement & Source to Contract
• /
Core skills required:
• Deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) Life cycle, Vendor Management & Sourcing and Invoicing process.
• Hands on configuration in Procurement Master data, Requisition to Reporting, Source to contract, RFQ process, PO, ASN, Inter/Intra company process & Special procurement processes
• Integration knowledge in usage of APIs, IDOCs, BTP Integration suite, Middleware
• Expert proficiency in Solution blueprinting, Preparing proof of concepts, and architecture frameworks
• Business Model Strategy, Business Process Design
• Experience with RICEFW objects design and testing.
• Strong stakeholder communication and Ability to influence and drive alignment on solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) processes lead to manage Requisition to Report or Source to Contract workstreams
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and solution walkthroughs.
• Drive solution design and Fit-Gap analysis in regulatory environment within a platform with complex system landscape integrations.
• Evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution
• Design scalable solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices
• Configure P2P application and define integrations to ensure seamless data flow across modules and third-party systems
• Ensure integration with upstream (Sourcing, Contracts) and downstream (Finance/AP) processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain)
• Define master data strategy (vendors, materials, pricing)
• Enable reporting using SAP analytics (Fiori, CDS views, SAC)
