Position Overview SAP EC Payroll Requirements: Senior Consultant providing AMS support for US Payroll, responsible for production support, enhancements, and compliance across SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors ECP environments, including integrations with third-party vendors. Mandatory Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (US) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Proven experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS) • Deep knowledge of ECP configuration, integration, and maintenance • Strong ability to design, customize, and troubleshoot schemas, PCRs, wage types, GLposting, etc. • Experience integrating ECP with S4, SF Employee Central, and third-party systems (benefits, time, finance) US Payroll expertise (mandatory): • In-depth knowledge of US payroll tax laws (federal, state, local) • Strong understanding of IRS regulations, W-2, overpayments, and garnishments • Application of FLSA rules, including overtime and exempt/non-exempt processing Desired (Nice to Have) • Trained and experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) • Experience with Workforce Software, especially time and attendance integrations. Soft Skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced AMS environment while proactively escalating issues and risks in a timely manner. • Strong risk awareness and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate impacts to payroll operations and compliance. • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly engage with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. • Experience providing accurate effort estimations for payroll support activities, enhancements, and minor changes. • Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills across support, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
